Credits aren't a usage meter. They're the team-hours your AI agency spends on each client.

Atarim isn't a tool you click around. It's an agency doing the work, so the bill reads in the unit you already price your business in: hours on a client, not a meter ticking down.

$1 you spend on credits
~$10 of work you can charge for

Charge a client $300 and the credits behind that work cost you somewhere between $6 and $30. That is the whole idea: you keep pricing the outcome, and the work costs a fraction of it. The comparison that matters isn't other software. It's the team-hours you would otherwise pay for.

A full monthly update round on a client site
$1.20 to $2 in credits
$80 to $100 you charge for it
A researched, on-brand blog post
about $2 in credits
$30 to $60 market rate
A month of the full care plan, every workflow in it
about $12 in credits
$100 to $300 you charge for it

Figures come from live credit tracking, and every workflow shows its cost before it runs.

How the credits add up.

Credits pay for every AI action: a workflow running, a site review, a Do it request, a report drafted. One credit is 100 tokens.

What one client costs you.
5,000 credits a month, included with Pro.
~1,200 credits for one fully served client. The kind of care plan agencies charge $100 to $300 a month for. Example of a full care plan
Your base plan covers up to four fully served clients before you add a single credit.
It gets cheaper as you grow.

Need more? Add credits each month, from 1,000 at a time. The more you run, the less each costs.

Extra credits per month Per 1,000
First 1,000 to 5,000 $10
5,001 to 10,000 $8
10,001 and up $6

What you can charge
$500 to $1,500 /mo
5 care plans at $100 to $300 each
An estimate at 1,200 credits per client, on a $100 to $300 care plan. You set a budget per client, and the workflows we suggest are sized to about 80% of it, so the rest is there for what arrives on the day. Lighter clients use less.

Questions, answered plainly.

Every part of the platform is open on Pro, including all the visual collaboration and client feedback features, and you bring on as many clients as your book holds.

The only thing you add on top is credits: the team-hours your AI agency spends on each client, running the workflows you approved, under the guardrails you set. Their labour cost. Running the work costs 2 to 10% of what you charge for it, and well under what the same output costs from a freelance-marketplace hire.

A credit is what your AI agency spends doing work. Here is what 100 credits gets you, in deliverables:

  • 10 to 15 copy and content tasks (Lexi). A landing page hero rewritten, five ad headline and body variations, or full blog post outlines.
  • 7 to 10 page SEO audits (Index). Keywords, meta descriptions, title tags and schema markup reviewed on your key pages.
  • 5 to 10 visual assets (Pixel). Hero graphics, social banners or vector icons, generated and stored in your site assets.
  • 4 to 6 automated workflows. Site-wide visual regression sweeps, broken link detection, or client care reports.

Credits run on a reverse sliding scale: the more clients you serve, the less each credit costs you.

About 1,153 credits a month, roughly 13,800 a year.

That covers the kind of care plan every client deserves. A blog post every two weeks, monthly updates, backups and a report, SEO and accessibility checks each quarter, and a strategy session once a year. Not a keep-the-lights-on plan. A plan that actually moves the site forward.

You can do more or less. Nothing here is fixed. Move the blog to once a month and the plan drops to about 873 credits. Move it to once a week and it goes up to about 1,673. Every workflow works the same way, so you set it to what each client needs.

This is how you grow a retainer. Every line is something the client can see. A post with their name on it. A report they can read. A check that caught a problem early. When you offer a client more, you are offering a real thing they get, so the price makes sense to them straight away. That makes it a much easier yes.

Two things to remember. The monthly number is an average, because the quarterly and yearly work lands in some months and not others. And anything on demand, like sorting client feedback or bug reports, is extra: it only runs when a client sends something in. A quiet site adds a little, a busy one can add a few hundred credits a month.

The work pauses rather than stopping dead, and you top up in blocks of 1,000 a month: $10 per 1,000 up to 5,000, $8 from 5,001 to 10,000, then $6 beyond that. You also set a budget per client when you add them, and every workflow shows its cost before it runs, so running low is a decision you see coming rather than a surprise on an invoice.

Because around 80% of your monthly credits go on the workflows you chose, running on your clients through the month, before you lift a finger. Nothing runs unattended unless you chose it, and nothing reaches a client without your okay. The rest is there for whatever you ask for on the day.

Pro is unlimited under fair use, up to 1,000 projects and 100 seats, which is well past what most agencies need. Some agencies run thousands of clients a month on Atarim, including some of the largest fulfilment operations in the world. If that is you, it is a call rather than a surprise bill.

Yes. You can hand billing to a client. You choose who pays.

Free is a taste: 200 credits, once, on one site, with your workflows set up but dormant. Pro switches everything on, with credits that renew every month.

Use it. The Atarim MCP is free, so the AI you already pay for gets our standards and the deepest bridge there is to WordPress, Duda and more than a hundred other tools. From your own AI client the MCP can work on your sites, run deep SEO research, pull Lighthouse reports, generate on-brand images, find photography, and take backups and roll them back.

Where something costs credits, the MCP tells you before it runs, so the cost lands in the same place either way: your Atarim account. Nothing gets charged twice for being asked through your AI rather than ours.

What the bare MCP does not give you: the autonomous workflows that run per client on what that client actually needs, the client relationship under your brand, the opportunities found across your book, and the record of it all: every run, every approval, every change, traceable by your whole team months later.

The practitioners winding their care plans down are right about the old plan, and this is not a defence of it. When the overhead was updates and a screenshot, charging for it stopped being justifiable. The problem was never the price. The work was invisible, so the client had nothing to weigh it against.

What changes is the size of what the client can see. Look at the plan in the credits answer above: a post with their name on it, a report they can read, a check that caught something early, a strategy review once a year. That is around 1,153 credits a month, roughly $12 of work, on a plan agencies charge $100 to $300 for.

You reprice the new thing, not the old one. A visibly larger service, with the evidence landing in the client’s own dashboard under your brand, every month. That is a much easier yes than defending last year’s invoice, and the care plan stops being the line that bleeds margin.

Then the plan finds its own next step. Each month the upsell workflow brings you a genuine improvement, scoped and quoted at your rates, ready to send as a proposal. Nothing reaches the client without your okay. The plan grows because the client keeps seeing work worth paying for.
